Grokker™ Exploratory Search Named a KMWorld Trend-Setting Product of 2007

San Francisco, CA – August 28, 2007 – Groxis, a leader in Search visualization and discovery, today announced that Grokker™ ESM, its information management and research platform, has been selected as a Trend-Setting Product of 2007 by KMWorld magazine. The complete list, recognizing innovative products making a significant impact in the marketplace, appears in the September issue of KMWorld magazine.

"More than 650 individual products were considered by our team of editors, analysts, integrators and users," said Hugh McKellar, KMWorld editor in chief. "Each and every company whose products were chosen for this year's list of Trend-Setting Products is being acknowledged for its willingness to listen and serve its customers in useful and innovative ways."

Extending the value of existing Search engines, Grokker leverages the power of query federation, content integration (mashups), and clustering to improve the way knowledge workers explore, organize and share digital information. Providing rich visual representation of integrated Search results across multiple sources such as enterprise content repositories, subscription content, and public web sources, Grokker allows for unique non-linear exploration of thousands of results on a single page, enabling researchers to find connections amongst disparate content not easily found in list views.

With an Intuitive user interface, collaboration tools and flexible deployment options, Grokker maximizes the value of information assets for enterprises, content publishers, corporate libraries and other research-intensive organizations.

"We are honored that Grokker has been recognized by an industry leader such as KMWorld," said Groxis' VP of Product Management, Marcelline Saunders. "Unified access to content is just the beginning of the research process and Grokker aids in the creation of knowledge by empowering users with the ability to explore, refine and interact with results in an efficient and accurate way. This award further validates our commitment to provide customers with the Technology needed to truly maximize their information assets."

This is the second year in a row that Grokker has been selected as a KMWorld Trend-Setting Product of the Year. Groxis was also recognized by KMWorld magazine in 2006 as one of the "100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management".
